Safety, Health & Environment Manager
As the SHE Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of safety, health, and environmental systems and processes, ensuring safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations. In this role, you will collaborate with the leadership team and port stakeholders to develop a safety-first culture throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of safety and environmental systems and initiatives ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practice.
- Drive and embed the safety-first culture across the Port of Portland operations.
- Report on safety and environmental metrics and guide strategic decision-making to improve performance and mitigate risks.
