As the Maintenance/Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of capital projects and maintenance activities to ensure operational reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of preventative maintenance strategies and asset maintenance system.
• Lead the scoping and delivery of capital and major maintenance projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and monitor the capital budget, maintain cost control, and report against budget projections.
• Develop and maintain safe systems of work whilst promoting a safety-first culture, driving continuous health, safety, and environmental performance improvement.
