As a General Purpose Hand, you will support the Launch Master in the safe operation of pilot vessels and lines boats for pilot transfers, mooring, and launch services. The ideal candidate will promote a safety-first culture, demonstrate flexibility with working hours, and collaborate effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality marine services. A valid Certificate of Competence as a General Purpose Hand or equivalent is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain vessels, equipment, and port facilities.
- Assist with mooring/unmooring of vessels and support pilotage and towage operations.
- Participate in marine and salvage operations, including oil spill response.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
- Support training and development of trainee crew members.
